Featured Speaker:

Justin Hall

Public Works Division Manager

Have you ever wondered why some crossing signals are controlled by a button? Does that button even do anything? And why does the crosswalk at Pleasant Valley take so long to change?

The person who has the privilege of keeping traffic flowing is Justin Hall, Public Works Division Manager. Justin will join us at our next meeting, to explain the ins and outs of traffic management in Winchester. Justin, we get what you mean when you say 'Traffic is fun!' because we absolutely LOVE when someone is passionate and thoughtful about their work.

We'll have plenty of time for a Q&A!

We'll also be scheduling out volunteers for 2025, so if you want to get involved in a meaningful way, this is the meeting to come to.
