Ride or Walk!

Start: Taylor Pavilion
End: Vibrissa for Lunch!
​
Ride: A leisurely ride through Winchester's East Neighborhoods, through Jim Barnett Park, around Wilkin's Lake, and along the Green Circle Trail back to town. We'll stop at Christianson Familyland Pavilion for a Red, White and Blue Popsicle break, and end at to Vibrissa for lunch!

Walk: Enjoy a walking tour downtown of Winchester's history in celebration of the holiday, and end at Vibrissa for lunch!
​
We encourage you to wear festive clothing and decorate your bike for July 4th!
Have fun with it!

This ride/walk is part of our Social Series, which includes 3 group rides/walks in 2024.
​
Like all our rides, we welcome all ages and abilities. We strongly encourage you to join us, even if you haven't ridden in a while!
​
We do ask that you register for this event, whether you are walking or riding, because we need need a head count. We also need you to sign a waiver, which you can do online when you register. It's OK to register the day of when you show up too.
​
We will be following all traffic rules, and will have volunteers helping along the way to ensure that folks are aware of traffic rules and patterns, and have the ability to cross streets when needed.
​
This is a no drop ride/walk, and there may be group stops to let folks catch up or cross an intersection.
And as always, don't expect to get much exercise, but DO expect to have fun and meet new friends!
