Item 12.5 is the first reading for easements requested by Frederick County for phase I of the Abrams Creek Greenway Trail that will connect to Woodstock Lane east of I-81.

Text From the City: Curious about new Cedar Valley neighborhood projects? Join us to review proposed improvements on Middle Road and in the Cedar Valley Neighborhood Design District, ask questions, and provide feedback. Starting in late 2026, the City will construct improvements on Middle Road, including sidewalks, bike lanes, storm drainage, utility replacements, and additional road improvements along Weems Lane and Valley Avenue. Also, check out the concept plan for a new park and the site plan for Ward Plaza redevelopment.
