Mayor's Proclamation 2025

For the 3rd year in a row, the City of Winchester VA - Local Government has given a proclamation designating May as Bike Month in Winchester.

​

This year, Mayor Veach took it a step further, and recognized the commitment the city has made to ensuring safe and enjoyable biking and walking, and laid out some of the tangible steps the city is taking, including the creation of a Bicyclist/Pedestrian Advisory Committee this year.
